Inktober day 8, ‘frail’. Which is not a word that comes to mind when seeing Julia ‘Hurricane’ Hawkins, a 103 year old runner and winner of the 50- and 100-meter dashes at the National Senior Games this year. An inspiration!
No drawing about day 100, the marathon was a rather overwhelming event, I wouldn’t know where to start drawing! My run went well, I finished in 4:47:06. It wasn’t easy, a lot of struggling occurred near the end. But
I tend to pack to much anywhere I go, but this time it is crucial to limit the amount of things I take, because I have to carry it for roughly 50 thousand steps. Choices, choices…. Tomorrow this time
